New Year, New Project

So, I'm not one for new years resolutions. I do try to better myself as the year goes on. That being said, something I have done for the past 2 years and hope to continue is committing to a photography project. For the first 2 years I attempted a daily photo challenge which I successfully completed in 2015 but lost sight of in 2016. For 2017, I am switching gears to a weekly photography project called "The Bethadilly 52." This project gives weekly prompts to focus on throughout the year and I am hoping they will improve my skills even further. I hope this will be a challenge and give me some motivation to take more personal photos this year. Here are a few photos I've taken so far for the challenge, I'll be sure to update my work throughout the year! Week 3- Your Style

I love the contrast between light and shadows color wise and I especially love capturing moments like this, when she's learning to climb on to the couch all by herself!
